Seasoned Whole Chicken (Rotisserie Chicken)

It can be easily cooked in an oven or air-fryer directly from the freezer.

AIR-FRYER 1. Place the FROZEN chicken with the breast facing down in the Air Fryer basket and set the equipment to 160°C for 1 hour. If THAWED, set it for 30 min at 180°C; 2. If using FROZEN product, remove excess liquid from the inside of the chicken, make a cut in the skin that connects the drumsticks, turn over and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes at 160°C or until fully cooked. THAWED, turn the chicken so that the chest is facing upwards NOTE: The preparation time and temperature may vary depending on the maker and model of the equipment used. Check your air-fryer's manual for the time and temperature indicated by the manufacturer.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes; 2. Wrap the marinated chicken, still FROZEN, in foil and place in a baking dish; 3. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. If the product is THAWED, consider approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes at 200°C; 4. Remove the foil and bake for 20 to 40 minutes or until it reaches the desired golden brown color. NOTE: As there are differences between ovens, the heating time of the product may vary. Adjust the heating time for your oven. ATTENTION: HOT PRODUCT! We recommend the use of thermal glove to remove the product from the oven.
